A. Order Process

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

B. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other approved payment methods.

  • Full payment is required before shipping or delivery.

C. Taxes & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or duties related to their purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders within the U.S. and internationally, depending on availability.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of the Suspended Hover Mower and offer the following policy:

  • Returns: Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.

  • Exchanges: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-built or special-order items are non-refundable.

6. Warranty Policy

  • The Suspended Hover Mower comes with a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects for one (1) year from the purchase date.

  • The Briggs & Stratton engine is covered by Briggs & Stratton's manufacturer warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

    • Accidental damage or improper maintenance

To file a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, logos, and trademarks, is owned by 3 Dimensional Mowing Solutions LLC and protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
